Trapcall

Trapcall is a service which allows subscribers unblock and reveal the number and ID of blocked or private calls.  There is no software required.  This process allows you not only to see the number of the caller but the name associated with the account.  

Additionally, as a subscriber you have the option of recording all incoming calls.  Trapcall will also provide a transcription of voicemail messages via SMS.   

This is an excellent service option for people who are being harassed or threatened by callers with blocked or private caller ID.
